DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

Diabetic Retinopathy can be detected during a dilated eye exam. An exam by your primary doctor, during which your eyes are not dilated, is not an adequate substitute for a full exam done by an optometrist.

GLAUCOMA

Early detection, through regular and complete eye exams, is the key to protecting your vision from damage caused by glaucoma.

CATARACTS

A cataract is a clouding of the normally clear lens of your eye. Most cataracts develop slowly and don’t disturb your eyesight early on. But with time, cataracts will eventually interfere with your vision.

VISUAL FIELD TESTING

A visual field test is an eye examination that can detect dysfunction in central and peripheral vision which may be caused by various medical conditions such as glaucoma, stroke, brain tumors or other neurological deficits.

DRY EYE THERAPY

Dry eye is a condition in which there are insufficient tears to lubricate and nourish the eye. Tears are necessary for maintaining the health of the front surface of the eye and for providing clear vision. People with dry eyes either do not produce enough tears or have a poor quality of tears. Dry eye is a common and often chronic problem, particularly in older adults.
